很多年前,我以為「親子丼」應當是一些猶如親子活動的有關食物!後來有一次在日本旅行,才給年紀小小的外甥告知原來是雞與雞蛋的組合。我不尷尬啊!我每天都在學習,多看書本,吃多了日本家庭非常欣愛的「丼飯」,加入了韓式辣醬,蛋汁變成為太陽反蛋
去皮雞上髀 2塊,切條
日本洋蔥 1個 ,切粒
日本大蔥 1條,切段
紅椒 1隻,切片
太陽蛋 1隻
白飯
日本醬油 2茶匙
味琳 1湯匙
韓式辣醬 1/2湯匙
蜜糖 1湯匙
水 半杯
喼汁 半茶匙
芝士粉 半茶匙
青蔥適量 適量
Chicken thighs 2 pc, sliced
Japanese onion 1 pc, diced
Japanese leek 1 pc, sectioned
Red bell pepper 1 pc, sliced
Sunny side-up 1 pc
Japanese soy sauce 2 teaspoons
Mirin 1 tablespoon
Korean pepper paste 1/2 tablespoon
Honey 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon
Grated cheese powder 1/2 teaspoon
Spring onion, for garnishing
把雞肉放入攪拌機中
Put the chicken into a food processor
攪拌1至2分鐘後,加入鹽,日本醬油和味琳調味,備用
After blending for 1 to 2 minutes, add salt, Japanese soy sauce and mirin to taste and set aside
在炒鍋加入油轉為微火把洋蔥,日本蔥爆香
Add oil to frying pan and sauté onion until fragrant over low heat
轉為大火加入雞肉,水,日本醬油,味琳和韓式辣醬
Turn to high flame and add chicken, water, Japanese soy sauce, mirin and Korean pepper paste
加入蜜糖,紅椒
Add honey and red bell pepper
蓋上蓋子煮5-10分鐘 直至雞肉全熟為止
Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes until chicken is all cooked
在白飯上加入雞肉抹,放上太陽蛋
Add chicken to the rice and add the sunny side-up
加入喼汁,芝士粉和蔥,即可食用
Add worcestershire sauce, cheese powder and spring onion and serve
